We felt respected by the staff and, right from our first interaction with the receptionist, found the process of buying a new vehicle from this dealership a very positive experience. Preston introduced us to all the features of the Qashqai ePower range and joined us on our initial test drive so that he could answer our queries in real time. He was courteous, patient and transparent and made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress free. We also enjoyed our interactions with Heath and were thrilled when he was able to secure our preferred colour, Deep Ocean. He kept to his word and our car, which had to be transported from interstate, was ready for us to drive away in the short time frame he promised. Before we proudly drove out of the showroom, Preston once again took the time to familiarise us with the features of the vehicle and showed us how to personalise the car to individually suit us.
